Food Truck Application

Applications must be submitted 2 WEEKS in advance of operation.

Supporting documentation MUST accompany the signed application when submitted. Supporting documentation includes:

Certificate of Liability Insurance
1. Must Include VEHICLE LICENSE PLATE # in Description
  1. City of Bloomington, 115 E. Washington St., Bloomington, IL 61701 must be listed as the Certificate Holder
McLean County Health Department Permit

$250.00 (annual) fee will be assessed. If approved, staff will contact applicants by email with invoice number for payment.

NOTE: Inspections from the Economic & Community Development Department may be required. Call (309) 434-2226 to find out if one is required for you.
