Subdivision Approval Request

This application is for: Preliminary Plans (Plats) and Final Plats (Plans), and is applicable to standard subdivision and Planned Unit Development subdivision.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND PROCESSING

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and response to your submission.
If you have not heard from us after 5 business days, please contact our front office staff at 309-434-2226 ext. 5

Online entry and the use of City templates is required.

After Preliminary or Final Subdivision is approved:

We will contact you with a copy of the signed ordinance.
You will need to send two (2) mylar copies of the subdivision, and originals of all certificates submitted with the application.
A CAD file should be emailed to planning@cityblm.org. The data should be georeferenced to the project areas using Projected Coordinate System: NAD 1983 HARN StatePlane Illinois East FIPS 1201 (US Feet) WKID 3443.

All documents submitted in person should be submitted to the Development Services Department on the 2nd Floor of the Government Building.
