Historic Preservation Grant Reimbursement Request

APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND PROCESSING

This application is for reimbursement for Funk Grant or Rust Grant projects.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and response to your submission.

Once the submission has been reviewed, we will be in contact with you regarding status, and your case will be added to the Agenda for Council approval. This process typically takes 3-4 weeks.

If you have not heard from us after 5 business days, please contact our front office staff at 309-434-2226 ext. 5.

Reimbursement Eligibility

For funds to be paid out, all of the following items must be submitted:

Pictures of the completed work. We also love pictures of the work in progress!

Information on how you met any Conditions or Restrictions that were placed on your grant. For example: Which paint did you select that complied with the requirements specified by the Commission?

Proof of payment for the completed work. A paid invoice, cancelled check, or other similiar documentation is sufficient.

An affidavit of prevailing wage, if it was required for your grant
- ALL Rust Grants require prevailing wage
- Any Funk Grants where the property is not 100% Owner Occupied require prevailing wage
