This application is intended for the submission of construction and building plans that do not yet include a building.
Staff that can be expected to review these kinds of submissions include:
- Civil Engineering
- Planning
- Public Works (as needed)

Plans that include buildings may be submitted through a standard Commercial Building Permit Application.
APPLICATION SUBMISSION AND PROCESSING
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and response to your submission.
- Once the submission has been reviewed, we will be in contact with you regarding status.
- If you have not heard from us after 5 business days, please contact our front office staff at 309-434-2226.
- Any fees for associated review or permitting will be issued in later steps, or upon approval of those permits.
